১. Agreement

By registering for or using Shopin at shopin.bd, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

২. Service description

Shopin provides software-as-a-service tools for merchants in Bangladesh to create online stores, manage products and orders, accept payments, configure delivery, and use marketing integrations. Features may change over time as we improve the platform.

৩. Accounts & responsibilities

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and shop.
• You must comply with applicable laws (consumer protection, tax, payment regulations in Bangladesh).
• You may not use Shopin for illegal goods, fraud, spam, or activities that harm other users or the platform.

৪. Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans, trial periods, and billing terms are shown at signup or in your dashboard. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in a promotion. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your shop or account.

৫. Third-party integrations

Shopin may connect to third-party services (payment gateways, couriers, Google Ads, Facebook, etc.). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. Shopin is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or data handling beyond our integration scope.

৬. Intellectual property

Shopin owns the platform software, branding, and documentation. You retain ownership of your shop content (products, images, text). You grant Shopin a license to host and display your content as needed to operate the service.

৭. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Shopin is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shopin is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business arising from use of the platform.

৮. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose security or legal risk. Upon termination, your right to use Shopin ends; some data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

৯. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Bangladesh, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection rules.
